Note: Post installation, BOC Healthcare offers specialist services to assist operators in the ongoing running, maintenance and compliance of medical gas storage and equipment.
Operational policy
Assist with documenting of an Operational Policy, including emergency procedures, as required by HTM 02.
Preventive maintenance
A Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) scheme which would generally consist of 4 inspection visits per year by a trained service technician. Inspections and repairs are covered in relationship to fair wear and tear under normal usage, and this will safeguard all items of hospital equipment within the GFM contract, including:

Emergency response
This cover provides a 24 hour emergency onsite response to mechanical/electrical breakdown of equipment and is fully inclusive of consumables, spares and labour.
Guaranteed compliance
Ensures that all hospital, equipment, documents and training provided complies at all times with the current regulatory standards.
Pharmaceutical testing

The GFM contract could include all the necessary pharmacy tests relevant to the contract.
- We would employ the services of a qualified pharmacist as Quality Controller where necessary or use the services of the trust where applicable. Quality control of the delivery of medicines to patients remains the responsibility of the pharmacist, but we would ensure you have the relevant data to assess the standards
